• Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
  → Since our products are instantly delivered, we generally don’t offer refunds to prevent misuse. However, if you have any issues, contact us, and we’ll see how we can help.

• Do I need special software to open my files?
  → No, our files are in PDF format, which you can open with Adobe Acrobat (free), Goodnotes, Notability, or any standard PDF viewer.

• Can I use the journal on my iPad or tablet?
  → Yes! Our journals work on all phones, tablets (including iPads & Samsung), and laptops. If you want to write digitally, use Goodnotes, Notability, or Xodo.

• How do I receive my purchase?
  → After checkout, you’ll get an instant email with a download link. No waiting for shipping!

• Are the products physical or digital?
  → Digital only! You’ll receive a downloadable file that you can use on any device or print at home.
